Many people don't take care of regularly sleeping and big part of day spends at work or in the evenings stay late in night clubs. This can negative reflect at your look.

Just as important healthy food to have healthy live also regularly sleeping is important to look fine. Deficiency on sleep also can negative affect on your mood over the day. It is necessary 7-9 sleeping ours every day. Sleeping need to be in the evening and try to sleep and wake up in the same time every day.

Avoid works that can mar your sleep like taking food with cofein before sleeping, take the make up off, tie down hair and anything else which you think that will disturb you while you sleep.
